Biographical note
Anup Kumar Halder is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Warsaw University of Technology in the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science, Poland. He received his ME and PhD degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2014 and 2021, respectively. He was a recipient of the Visvesvaraya PhD Fellowship award from MeitY, GOI. His recent achievements cover qualitative and quantitative biological data analysis, proteomics, biomolecular interaction network analysis, pattern recognition, machine learning and deep learning in 3D genomics.
